APPROVAL OF FAMILY REUNIFICATION WITH THIRD-COUNTRY NATIONALS

You may obtain family reunification as a citizen of a country outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) only if you hold a temporary residence permit valid for one year, an EU Blue Card, a TIC permit, a “mobile TIC” permit, a long-term residence permit, or if you are a beneficiary of refugee status or subsidiary protection.
