Obtaining a Work Authorization (aviz de muncă)
This is a document issued by the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI) at the request of your employer. The administrative procedure and bureaucratic requirements can be complex for both the worker and the employer.
To obtain a long-stay visa for family reunification, the family members of a non-EU/EEA citizen must submit the following documents:
a) notification issued by the General Inspectorate for Immigration;
You may obtain family reunification as a citizen of a country outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) only if you hold a temporary residence permit valid for one year, an EU Blue Card, a TIC permit, a “mobile TIC” permit, a long-term residence permit, or if you are a beneficiary of refugee status or subsidiary protection.
